Omada Health Increases Its Quality of Management By 13% With Reflektive

Challenge

Omada Health’s employees were regularly asking to give and receive more feedback at work. In an effort to scale their employee-driven culture, retain top talent, and maintain their hard-earned “grow together” company value, the executive team needed to find a way to facilitate feedback in a programmatic manner that focused on future growth versus past performance.

With an aggressive growth strategy in place, the business leaders recognized they needed technology sooner than later to help deliver feedback that was balanced on both “what” someone does with “how they do it.” It was of utmost importance to ensure that this performance management method was reinforced in whatever feedback cycle they chose to implement.

Solution

Reflektive was the best match for the three criteria Omada prioritized when seeking a performance management solution: flexibility for designing reviews, simplicity for both administrators and end users, and a current user interface. They also found it was extremely easy to roll out Reflektive to the company and train end users thanks to their own HR team’s preparedness and planning as well as the Reflektive customer success manager (CSM) they were matched with.

Omada also launched real-time feedback companywide. Within one year, 93% of the recognition was shared publicly and 7% was shared privately. They were able to professionalize their existing transparent, feedback-driven culture with Reflektive’s integrated technology.

After one year of partnering with Reflektive, Omada’s top quartile engagement scores increased across the board.

These success metrics were also attributed to the leadership team’s commitment to in-person training, including lunch and learns and manager trainings prior to go-live.
