Reflektive’s complementary performance management capabilities will be part of PeopleFluent’s talent management portfolio, enhancing its engagement and analytics capabilities.

In the future, PeopleFluent customers will be alerted about risks and opportunities in their organization, such as a potential drop in engagement within a department or an employee at risk of leaving.
