Reflektive Names Greg Brown as Chief Executive Officer

Leading people management platform taps former Achievers CRO
to lead the company through its next phase of growth

SAN FRANCISCO — Aug. 13, 2019 — Reflektive, the leading people management platform, today announced Greg Brown as Chief Executive Officer. An expert in leading high-growth organizations, Brown joins Reflektive to build on its momentum in transforming the way companies develop, engage and inspire their employees to achieve business success. Existing Reflektive CEO Rajeev Behera will assume the role of Chairman of the Board and Chief Innovation Officer to focus more heavily on product innovation, customer engagement and vision for the company’s suite of people management solutions.

“It’s been an incredible experience creating and scaling Reflektive from just a concept to a market-leading solution with more than 500 customers, including Comcast, Pinterest and Protective Life Insurance,” said Behera. “We are driving much needed change in how companies approach and evolve performance management and employee engagement.”

Since Behera founded Reflektive in 2014, it has experienced record growth — last year ranking #3 in the Bay Area and #13 in the nation on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500™ list.

“As we work to ensure continued, sustainable growth, I couldn’t think of a better leader for the next chapter of Reflektive’s story than Greg,” Behera continued. “His experience as a successful executive in the HR space will help us deliver on our mission to help employees and managers work better together while improving business results in the process.”

Most recently, Brown served as Senior Vice President of International Business at Blackhawk Network, a pioneer of branded value to help companies create rewarding experiences and relationships that drive sales, productivity, loyalty and growth. Prior to Blackhawk Network, Brown held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Achievers, an industry-leading provider of employee recognition and engagement solutions. During his tenure, he increased revenue from $27 million to more than $100 million. Brown’s previous experience includes roles at WebEx — where he helped grow revenue from $5 million to over $300 million — as well as PivotLink, Mindjet and Extole.

“In today’s competitive business environment, getting your people and talent management strategies right is imperative for business success. During my career, I’ve worked with countless business leaders and understand the challenges they face in attracting, retaining and engaging their employees — which I believe Reflektive is in an ideal position to solve,” said Brown. “I am nothing short of honored to join this pioneering organization to help others create a culture of feedback and performance where employees feel empowered to do their best work. I look forward to applying my experience and the expertise of those who helped build this organization to serve our customers and support our employees with laser focus.”

“The board unanimously believes in Greg’s ability to lead Reflektive through this exciting yet critical phase of growth,” added Nakul Mandan, a director on Refletive’s board and partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, one of Reflektive’s investors. “He is uniquely qualified due to his wealth of enterprise sales, management and software expertise in hyper growth environments — some of which comes from within the HR industry. With Greg stepping into the CEO role and Rajeev as Chief Innovation Officer and Chairman, the board is confident in Reflektive’s new leadership structure to drive long-term success.”
