Reflektive Brings Performance Management Masterclass to Denver for HCI Conference

Late Summer Events Highlight How Real-Time Feedback and Performance Management Fuel Business and Employee Growth

SAN FRANCISCO, July 23, 2018 —Reflektive, the real-time performance management cloud company, today announced the next stop on its Performance Management Masterclass schedule with a special dine-and-discuss event planned for Denver in conjunction with the HCI Employee Engagement Conference.

Hosted by special guest Jonathan Raymond, CEO and founder at Refound, the Masterclass is set for Tuesday, July 31st at The Kitchen, recently named one of Denver’s most influential restaurants, beginning with cocktails and networking at 6 p.m., followed by dinner and the presentation at 7 p.m. Raymond, author of the management and leadership book “Good Authority” will lead the discussion on how a simple, human approach to providing real-time feedback and one-on-ones can contribute to both personal and business growth.

“Every time I hear Jonathan Raymond speak, I learn a new approach to motivating and engaging employees,” said Rachel Ernst, head of employee success at Reflektive. “Unlike many other educators, Jonathan is very real, down to earth and delivers practical information in a natural way.  One example of the intuitive approach he uses, is a quote from his site – ‘The way to get people to be engaged is to be more engaged with them.’  His advice serves as a guide for my approach to working with employees daily.”

The free event will enable organizations to learn how to focus on employee growth, prepare managers to lead in the meaning-driven economy, incentivize the use of technology for real-time feedback, and how to inspire CEOs to be the role-model for culture initiatives. As a preview to his Masterclass session, Raymond will also co-host a lunch-and-learn webinar with Reflektive’s Dani Fankhauser at 12 p.m. PT on July 24th. The session, “How to Reduce Manager Bias with 360 Reviews,” will unpack the key elements that can help managers have bias-free performance review conversations with a focus on empathy and employee growth. The session will cover how to approach awkward feedback, ensure performance management consistency across the organization, and reduce bias without undermining credibility or letting employees off the hook for results. Coming up in September, Talent Culture’s Meghan M. Biro will be the host for a logistics-focused webinar covering “7 Keys to Choosing a Performance Management System that Works.” Set for 11 a.m. PT on September 27, this interactive session will cover why outdated review systems hinder employee growth and performance, and how delaying period reviews has a toxic impact on the whole organization. Biro will demonstrate how to create a vibrant culture of real-time, continuous feedback that builds trust, empowers executives, managers and employees, and prioritizes business and professional growth through the use of practical, supportive tools.
